The house design was very modern with a few challenging design elements, but everything turned out perfectly. Their project manager was very meticulous and was on site every day to make sure everything was done properly. He said at the start he was going to build the home as if it was his own, and he was true to his word, and that goes for the entire staff at Z&H. Their accounting is very transparent, and unlike many other home builders, they won’t underbid the job and then try to hit you with hidden costs later. You can log into your personalized client portal online to always keep up with every detail, and every change order is well documented.
