While many companies host “Holiday Gatherings” inviting clients and assorted other guests, at Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes we do things a bit differently. We gathered not only clients, but our vendors, suppliers and assorted craftsmen together to celebrate the Holiday Season. The Zbranek & Holt Team took the opportunity during this holiday gathering to thank and reward all the companies and individuals that work with us to exceed our client’s expectations for delivering distinctive luxury custom homes throughout Austin, Horseshoe Bay and the Hill Country.

The 2014 Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes Holiday Appreciation Party was held at the beautiful Lakeway Resort & Spa where guests gathered to toast the Holiday Season and each other overlooking Lake Travis. Our guests enjoyed cocktails and dinner as well as having the opportunity to celebrate their many peers that were honored with distinct recognition for their contribution to our luxury home building team.

Partner, Tony Holt set the tone for the evening by welcoming the guests, stating “It takes hundreds of people from many different companies to build and support the delivery of fine luxury homes here in Central Texas. We appreciate each and every one of you for the contribution you make to our team.” Each Zbranek & Holt team member had the pleasure of presenting an individual award. Steve Zbranek and Tony Holt presented the Zbranek & Holt Team Awards for Project Manager of the Year and Company MVP.

Additionally, Steve Zbranek presented a Lifetime of Excellence Award to long standing designer George Salazar who has worked throughout the years with Steve and continues to design many of the companies award winning custom homes throughout Austin, Horseshoe Bay and the surrounding Texas Hill Country.

Steve Zbranek gave heartfelt thanks to all in attendance stating that Zbranek & Holt has seen much change over the last twelve years of building homes in Austin utilizing many of these same vendors and craftsmen that have worked with their company throughout the years. He spoke to being selected as the builder of the 2015 Home of Distinction, largely due to the work of the subcontractors in attendance, and the impact the company has had philanthropically in the community. “Tony Holt and I met during our first Benefit Home project and together have contributed more than $400,000 back to our community, largely in part due to the tremendous efforts each of you have made to our home building team.” Having completed building of two previous “Benefit Homes,” Zbranek & Holt has selected The Center For Child Protection as their 2015 beneficiary in partnership with being the builder of the 2015 Home of Distinction. Amanda Van Hoozer, Center For Child Protection Programs Director, took the stage to speak briefly about the work of The Center and to thank the guests for joining in the Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes efforts to support the charity that benefits abused children throughout Travis County stating, “The work of The Center is crucial to so many children in our community and the dedication of Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes to bettering the lives of Austin’s Children is appreciated by all of us. We are grateful for Steve Zbranek and Tony Holt’s commitment and look forward to an exciting year ahead.”

Zbranek and Holt’s goal was to host an evening of celebration that honored our clients and paid tribute to our valued vendors, suppliers and subcontracted craftsmen. Our team enjoyed the opportunity to gather with everyone to celebrate the joys of the holiday season and give thanks for a wonderful year. Looking ahead 2015 is going to be a year filled with amazing projects for clients who have entrusted us with building the home of their dreams. We are ever grateful for opportunity to give back to our community that has supported Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes. Look for our 2015 Home of Distinction scheduled for tour in the fall with 100% of all ticketed events to benefit the Center For Child Protection.
